Summer Fellows
The big, big news is that Teach with Africa has selected ten Teaching Team members and two coordinators for the 2008 summer program with LEAP School!
On Sunday, June 1, Teach with Africa and its educational affiliates provided an orientation for its newly chosen, first-ever, 2008 Teaching Team at Dominican University in San Rafael, California. The twelve team members previewed the complexities of teaching in the complex social context of South Africa.
Preparations for their two month-long assignments at the LEAP Schools in South Africa are underway!
The 2008 program begins July 1 and ends August 27.
